First Emerald Exchange Zug, Switzerland — Public reserve registry loading…

The tokens don't exist yet.The emeralds do.

This is the physical reserve, read straight from the blockchain. The bar below is the vault: each segment is one certified emerald, as wide as its carat weight. The gold line marks how far the entitlements already subscribed through SAFT reach. When tokens are issued, the contract will not allow that line to be crossed.

Proof of reserve

The independent auditor's attestation is not a document published on the side: it is the constraint that determines how many tokens may exist. If it expires, is revoked, or stops matching the stone registry, the issuance ceiling drops to zero and minting halts on its own.

Stone registry

Every emerald has a permanent on-chain identity. Heavy documents (gemmological reports, photographs) stay off-chain; what is anchored is their sha256 fingerprint. Open a stone and the server recomputes the document's fingerprint and shows it next to the recorded one.

Indicative index

Emeralds have no continuous price. The index is published periodically together with the fingerprint of the methodology and the sources used: it can be challenged, but not rewritten after the fact.

SAFT subscriptions

A SAFT is not a token: it is a promise to deliver tokens later. Here that promise is verifiable before the token exists. The fingerprint of every signed agreement is anchored, and the sum of entitlements is compared in real time against the reserve's issuance ceiling.
